Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Daily, weekly, and monthly scheduling of rolling programs and pass changes to meet marketing demand.
Monitoring the Induction Furnace, CCM (Continuous Casting Machine), and Hot Rolling Mill processes to maintain optimal temperature and rolling speed for TMT properties.
Ensuring TMT bars meet standards for tensile strength and ductility through proper quenching processes.
Collaborating with maintenance teams for preventive maintenance of mill equipment.
Implementing strict safe operating practices (SOPs) on the shop floor.
Managing and training workers to improve technical
EXPERIENCE- 12+ YRS OF Experience in steel rolling mill, specifically with TMT bars
Qualification- B.Tech/M.Tech in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering
Location- Durgapur (West Bengal)
Have to stay in factory and do the work.
