Responsibilities-
•Create Storyboard for engaging learning activities and compelling course content.
•Work with subject matter experts and identify target audience’s training needs.
•Develop interactive module using Articulate storyline
•Visualize instructional graphics, the user interface and the finished product.
•Apply tested instructional design theories, practice and methods.
•Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process.
•Maintain project documentation and course folders.
•Ability to manage a group of junior IDs. This includes to provide coaching, feedback and manage their productivity.
