Job Description:

Position: Lead Generation Executive (LinkedIn)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Lead Generation Executive to manage LinkedIn outreach, build professional connections, and generate quality leads for business growth. The role involves engaging with potential clients, increasing network visibility, and supporting the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and connect with potential clients through LinkedIn
  • Send personalized connection requests and follow-ups
  • Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn outreach campaigns
  • Maintain and update lead data in Excel/CRM
  • Build and manage a strong LinkedIn network
  • Engage with posts, comments, and messages to increase visibility
  • Coordinate with the sales/marketing team for conversions
  • Track daily/weekly outreach and lead generation reports

Required Skills:

  • Good communication and writing skills
  • Basic understanding of LinkedIn platform and networking
  • Ability to handle cold outreach and follow-ups
  • Knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented

Preferred:

  • Experience in lead generation or social media handling
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn tools (Sales Navigator is a plus)
