We are looking for an experienced Service Head – Electrical to lead and manage the electrical service operations. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and service delivery while ensuring high customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the electrical service team (engineers, technicians, supervisors).
- Oversee installation, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.
- Ensure timely resolution of service complaints and breakdowns.
- Develop and implement service strategies, SOPs, and quality standards.
- Monitor service performance metrics and improve efficiency.
- Coordinate with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Manage AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) and service agreements.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical regulations.
- Plan and manage spares, tools, and inventory for service operations.
- Train and mentor team members for skill enhancement.
- Prepare and present service reports, MIS, and performance analysis.
