Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced 3D Pouching Machine Operator to handle and operate advanced pouch-making machinery for producing high-quality 3D pouches. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge of machine operations, troubleshooting, and quality control within the flexible packaging industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor 3D pouching machines to ensure efficient production.
• Set up machines for different pouch sizes, formats, and materials (e.g., stand-up pouches, zipper pouches, spouted pouches).
• Adjust machine parameters such as temperature, pressure, and speed for optimal output.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs to minimize downtime.
• Ensure adherence to production schedules and achieve daily output targets.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure pouches meet specifications (sealing strength, alignment, print accuracy, etc.).
• Identify and troubleshoot machine issues and coordinate with maintenance team for major breakdowns.
• Maintain proper documentation of production logs, machine settings, and quality reports.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean working environment.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in operating 3D pouching or pouch-making machines.
• Strong understanding of flexible packaging materials (laminates, films, etc.).
• Knowledge of machine brands like Totani, Mamata, or similar will be an advantage.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and job specifications.
• Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with quality standards and safety practices.
• Ability to work in shifts and handle production pressure.
