Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Administration / Facility Manager with strong communication skills to oversee facility operations, vendor coordination, compliance, and administrative functions. The candidate should be capable of managing day-to-day operations efficiently while leading a team.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee overall facility management and ensure smooth functioning of office premises
Handle vendor management, including selection, negotiation, and performance monitoring
Ensure adherence to compliance and licensing requirements as per regulations
Manage asset and inventory, including tracking, maintenance, and audits
Supervise administrative operations to maintain efficiency and cost control
Coordinate transportation arrangements for staff and business needs
Plan and manage events, meetings, and internal coordination activities
Lead and manage the administration team, ensuring productivity and discipline
