QC Manager
Job Description:
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control (QC) Manager to oversee and ensure product quality across all stages of the packaging manufacturing process. The candidate should have strong expertise in extrusion moulding, printing, and labeling processes, with a focus on maintaining quality standards and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems and procedures.
- Monitor and inspect production processes including extrusion moulding, printing, and labeling.
- Ensure all products meet internal quality standards as well as customer specifications.
- Conduct regular quality audits and inspections at various production stages.
- Identify defects, analyze root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues.
- Maintain proper documentation of quality reports, test results, and inspection records.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety norms, and regulatory requirements.
- Train and guide QC team members and shop floor staff on quality practices.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
