PLANT HEAD
Job Description:
Role Overview: The Plant Head will be responsible for the overall management and operations of our foundry unit. This includes overseeing production planning, quality control, maintenance, workforce management, safety compliance, and continuous process improvement to meet our export standards and delivery schedules.
Key Requirements:
• Proven track record with significant experience in the foundry/casting industry, preferably in ductile iron or grey iron casting manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of foundry processes including melting, moulding, core-making, fettling, and quality assurance.
• Experience in managing plant operations at a senior level with a hands-on leadership approach.
• Familiarity with international quality standards and export requirements.
• Excellent man-management skills and the ability to drive operational efficiency.
