CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO)
Job Description:
Role Overview: The CFO will head the entire finance function of the company. The role demands a strategic financial leader who can manage end-to-end financial operations, with a particular focus on banking relationships, treasury management, and export finance. The individual will play a key role in managing our banking portfolio, forward currency bookings, and ensuring compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
Key Requirements:
• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent with substantial post-qualification experience in finance leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in export banking, including LC negotiations, FIRC documentation, EEFC accounts, forward contract bookings, and hedging strategies.
• Proven ability to manage banking relationships, credit facilities, working capital limits, and term loan management.
• Experience with DGFT compliances, GST, customs regulations, and foreign exchange management (FEMA).
• Sound understanding of fund management, cash flow planning, MIS reporting, budgeting, and audit coordination.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or export-oriented business will be strongly preferred.
