Job Description:
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation
- Generate Leads from Digital Marketing, Channel Partners & from various Offline Campaigns.
- Manage online listings on real estate portals (99 Acres, Magic Brics, and Housing.com)
- Marketing Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute Marketing campaigns, property exhibitions and Promotional events.
- Coordinate with creative teams for brochures, hoardings, banners and digital creatives.
- Channel Partner / Broker Management:
- Develop and Maintain relationships with real estate brokers and channel partners.
- Conduct broker meetings and project presentations.
- Market Research:
- Study Competitor Projects, pricing and Market trends.
- Provide feedback to management for pricing strategy and marketing improvements.
- Digital Marketing Coordination:
- Manage project Social Media pages, website updates, increase followers and drive engagement.
- Coordinate with digital marketing agencies for optimize website content, property listings, landing pages for better visibility, lead campaigns and promotions.
- Oversee ORM (online reputation management) and respond to online queries.
- Reporting:
- Prepare daily / weekly reports of the quality of leads.
- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance and Lead conversion rates.
- Branding & Promotion:
- Ensure proper branding at site location, hoardings and promotional materials.
- Maintain Project Visibility in the market.
Skills Required
- Strong understanding of Digital Marketing.
- Proficiency in social media management and online ads management.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze marketing data and optimize campaigns.
- Working knowledge of CRM tools.
- Basic knowledge of Canva will be an added advantage.

In our facility in Nilgunj Road, we do the processing of most of the CI, DI & MS which we buy from large steel companies like Electrosteel Casting Ltd, Srikalahasthi Pipes ---, Steel Authority of India Ltd., Jai Balaji --- ---, Tata Metaliks, Rashmi Metaliks, etc. We buy scrap from such reputed steel companies and supply them to traders, cupolas and furnaces. We are currently processing and selling 100000 MT of scrap per annum.
