Job Description:

POSITION :BUSINESS MANAGER-WEALTH

OVERVIEW 

We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Business Manager into wealth wing to join our growing team. As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and affluent clients, understanding their financial goals, and offering customized investment solutions. This role demands a strategic mindset, sound financial acumen, and a deep understanding of financial products and market trends.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Relationship Management:

  • Acquire, build, and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients. 
  • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding clients’ financial needs and providing tailored investment strategies. 
  • Conduct regular portfolio reviews and updates to ensure alignment with client goals and market dynamics. 

Financial Planning & Advisory: 

  • Develop comprehensive financial plans, including asset allocation, retirement planning, tax optimization, and estate planning. 
  • Recommend and sell financial products such as mutual funds, SIP, insurance, PMS, bonds, NPS and alternate investment products.

Sales & Revenue Generation: 

  • Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive client engagement and cross-selling. Generate leads via referrals, networking, and events. 
  • Track revenue, AUM (Assets Under Management), and other performance metrics.

Compliance & Documentation: 

  • Ensure complete KYC and regulatory documentation for all client transactions. 
  • Adhere strictly to internal policies and SEBI/RBI/IRDA compliance standards.

 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance from an reputed institute or any equallent course certificate will preferred. 
  • Minimum 2-3 years into wealth, investment advisory, or financial planning. 
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal ) 

MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Ability to build trust and manage long-term client relationships. 
  • Goal-oriented with a proactive approach toward problem-solving. 
  • Strong in data management and into excel work. 

GOOD-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Background in fintech. 
  • Open to adapt new tasks.
