QA QC executive
Job Description:
Designation: QA/QC
Experience: 0-2 years
Location:Palghar
Department: QA & QC
Role Summary: The QA & QC – Junior will handle daily IQC, PQC & OQC Of Material and FG Products. Also Manage Quality Related Documents.
Key Responsibilities:
•Perform incoming inspection of raw materials
•Conduct in-process inspections during manufacturing
•Perform final inspection of finished Product
•Use measuring instruments (vernier caliper, micrometer, gauges)
•Maintain inspection and test records
•Identify and segregate non-conforming products
•Support testing and validation activities
•Calibrate and maintain testing equipment
•Follow safety and cleanliness requirements (GMP)
•Assist in creating, reviewing, and updating:
SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
Work instructions
Quality manuals
Skills Required:
•Good communication
•Basic MS Office
•Knowledge of documentation Skill
•Organized and detail-oriented
Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree or equivalent (B.Sc / B. Pharm preferred).
•Prior experience in QA/AC roles is a plus.
