Job Description:

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
 To arrange the manpower at worker category on requirement bases.
 To look after the day to day welfare concerns of work force.
 To arrange for the accommodation for his concerned manpower as per their level.
 To visit adjoining places to arrange new source of availability of labour.
 To make satisfied workforce about wages and other allowances paid as per his attendance and wages rate.
 To ensure the satisfactory working conditions at work place.
 To ensure retention/ stability of manpower arranged working under him.
 To ensure timely deployment of manpower working under him on daily bases.
 To educate the worker about the various welfare schemes of the company.
 Responsible for discipline among the workers.
