Job Description:
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
R/F Wdg at every lot change & 10 mc/day.
2. To check cleaning of all preparatory m/cs & R/F.
3. Idle spindle and end down study – 3 Units/day
4. Process randomization & segregation checking.
5. Finisher D/F a% checking – 1mc/day.
6. Parameters checking of D/F, ringframe & A/C.
7. CONE – Density, wtg & yarn CSP checkins.
8. Packed carton weight study.
9. Blowroom waste and cleaning efficiency
10. Carding waste and cleaning efficiency
11. Speedframe and Ringframe end breaks study
12. Blowroom process and AFI's checking
13. TFO breakage study.
Performance Measures:
Quality : Plan v/s actual.
2. To achieve zero defects in assigned area.
