Accountant and Finance Incharge

Role Summary

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Accounts & Finance Incharge to oversee the complete financial operations of our corporate office. The candidate will be responsible for financial reporting, compliance, taxation, and team supervision while ensuring strong internal controls and smooth coordination with management and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Manage finalization of accounts and coordinate with auditors for tax audit completion

Handle direct and indirect taxation including Income Tax, TDS, GST, PF, ESI, and tax planning

Ensure accurate reconciliation of TDS and GST and resolve discrepancies with government authorities

Prepare and file tenders across various platforms in coordination with management

Supervise accounts, billing, and collections teams to ensure timely completion of tasks

Implement and monitor internal controls and financial systems

Manage banking operations and coordinate with bankers for renewals and documentation

Prepare and present MIS reports and coordinate with management and stakeholders

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: CA Inter / CMA / CS / Experienced Accountant

Experience: 10–15 years in an MSME setup

Strong knowledge of taxation, compliance, and financial reporting

Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, sheet linking, etc.)

Age Preference: 40 – 50 years
