Project Manager – Wayside Amenities
Job Description:
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Wayside Amenities projects along highways. The role involves end-to-end project management including design coordination, construction execution, stakeholder management, and ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution

Manage complete lifecycle of Wayside Amenities projects (fuel stations, food courts, rest areas, EV charging stations, etc.)

Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies

Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and contracts
Coordination & Stakeholder Management
-
Liaise with government authorities, concessionaires, consultants, and contractors
-
Coordinate with architects, MEP teams, and vendors for smooth execution
-
Ensure compliance with statutory approvals and regulatory norms
Construction Management
-
Monitor site progress, quality, and safety standards
-
Conduct regular site visits and review meetings
-
Resolve on-site issues and ensure minimal delays
Commercial & Contract Management

Manage project budgets and cost control measures

Review BOQs, contracts, and vendor bills
-
Ensure timely certification and payments
Quality & Compliance

Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations
-
Implement best practices in construction and project delivery
Reporting & Documentation

Prepare MIS reports, project updates, and dashboards

Maintain proper documentation for approvals, drawings, and changes
Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)

PMP or equivalent certification (preferred)

8+ years of experience in highway, infrastructure, or real estate projects
-
Experience in Wayside Amenities / Highway facilities is highly preferred

Strong knowledge of construction management and project planning tools
