Job Description:

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Wayside Amenities projects along highways. The role involves end-to-end project management including design coordination, construction execution, stakeholder management, and ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.


Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution

  • Manage complete lifecycle of Wayside Amenities projects (fuel stations, food courts, rest areas, EV charging stations, etc.)

  • Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies

  • Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and contracts

Coordination & Stakeholder Management

  • Liaise with government authorities, concessionaires, consultants, and contractors

  • Coordinate with architects, MEP teams, and vendors for smooth execution

  • Ensure compliance with statutory approvals and regulatory norms

Construction Management

  • Monitor site progress, quality, and safety standards

  • Conduct regular site visits and review meetings

  • Resolve on-site issues and ensure minimal delays

Commercial & Contract Management

  • Manage project budgets and cost control measures

  • Review BOQs, contracts, and vendor bills

  • Ensure timely certification and payments

Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations

  • Implement best practices in construction and project delivery

Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare MIS reports, project updates, and dashboards

  • Maintain proper documentation for approvals, drawings, and changes


Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)

  • PMP or equivalent certification (preferred)

  • 8+ years of experience in highway, infrastructure, or real estate projects

  • Experience in Wayside Amenities / Highway facilities is highly preferred

  • Strong knowledge of construction management and project planning tools

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with NHAI or highway concession projects

  • Knowledge of sustainability and EV infrastructure is an advantage
