Job Description:
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Head Salesperson for our jewellery showroom who will be responsible for assisting customers, driving showroom sales, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities

Assist customers in selecting jewellery and provide detailed product information.

Drive showroom sales and ensure achievement of sales targets.

Build strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.

Deal with walk-in customers and understand their requirements.

Maintain proper display and presentation of jewellery items in the showroom.

Handle customer queries, requests, and after-sales support.

Coordinate with management regarding customer preferences and sales trends.

Ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the showroom.
Requirements
-
3–7 years of experience in jewellery showroom sales.
-
Good knowledge of gold, diamond, and other jewellery products.
-
Must be well versed in Hindi and English and comfortable interacting with clients.

Strong communication and customer handling skills.

Presentable personality with a professional approach.

Ability to achieve sales targets.
