Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive sales growth and develop new business opportunities for our engineering manufacturing products. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and expanding the company’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and/or international markets.

• Generate leads through online platforms, industry contacts, and market research.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and key stakeholders.

• Handle client inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up for order closures.

• Coordinate with production, purchase, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.

• Participate in tender submissions, RFQ handling, and contract negotiations when required.

• Conduct market analysis to understand competitor activities and customer requirements.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain records of sales activities, client communication, and pipeline in CRM/Excel.

• Represent the company in exhibitions, meetings, and client visits when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development / Sales, preferably in engineering or manufacturing industry.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to build long-term client relationships.

• Knowledge of B2B sales processes and tendering will be an advantage.

• Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and basic CRM tools.
