Job Description:

Job Description – Executive Assistant (Female Candidate Only)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior executives
  • Coordinate internal and external communication on behalf of management
  • Prepare reports, presentations, MOM (Minutes of Meeting), and correspondence
  • Handle confidential documents and maintain proper filing systems
  • Organize meetings, conferences, and client visits
  • Follow up on pending tasks, projects, and deadlines
  • Screen phone calls, emails, and visitors
  • Coordinate with different departments for smooth business operations
  • Maintain records, databases, and office documentation
  • Assist management in decision-making through data compilation and reporting

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Good drafting and email writing skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Time management and problem-solving skills
  • Coordination and follow-up abilities

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • MBA/PGDM preferred

Experience:

  • 2–6 years of experience as Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant / Admin Coordinator
  • Experience supporting senior management preferred

  • Smart, presentable, and professional personality
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Female candidates may be preferred (optional as per company requirement) 
  • Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and process-driven

Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Working Hours: 09:00 AM – 05:00 PM
