Tender Executive

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Search and identify relevant tenders from portals such as GeM, e-procurement portals, government websites, and private tender platforms.

• Review tender documents and analyze technical and commercial requirements.

• Prepare and compile tender documentation, including technical specifications, commercial bids, and supporting documents.

• Coordinate with technical, production, finance, and management teams to gather necessary information for tender submission.

• Ensure accurate and timely submission of bids as per tender guidelines and deadlines.

• Maintain records of tender submissions, approvals, and follow-ups.

• Track tender status, bid results, and order confirmations.

• Handle EMD submissions, tender fees, and online portal registrations when required.

• Communicate with clients and government departments for clarifications and documentation.

• Maintain database of past tenders, pricing, and competitors.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of GeM portal and e-tendering process.

• Good understanding of technical and commercial bid preparation.

• Strong documentation and coordination skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.

• Good analytical and organizational skills.

• Ability to work under strict deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Female candidate with minimum 2 years of tender handling experience.

• Familiar with government tender portals and documentation.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.
