General Manager

Job Description:

Roles and Responsibility:
 Lead and manage all ongoing projects to ensure they finish on time and within budget.
 Oversee the procurement team to ensure timely purchasing and vendor management.
 Handle key client communications, build strong relationships, and address concerns.
 Work closely with project teams to support daily operations and solve problems.
 Resolve project escalations quickly by coordinating with internal teams and clients.
 Develop and improve company processes for better efficiency and growth.
 Monitor project budgets and report progress to top management.
 Build a strong team environment and encourage collaboration.
 Will be taking care of the projects in the South region predominantly (TN, Andhra, Telangana and Kerala).

Qualification:
 Bachelor’s/ Diploma degree in Civil or interior and Architect.
 Experience in handling multiple projects in Civil or interiors at a same time and different location.
 Good communication, decision-making, and leadership skills.
 Ability to manage multiple tasks and teams at once.
 Having experience in developing company progress and policies.
