Job Title: HR Operations Executive

Location: NS Road, Kolkata 

Department: Human Resources

Reporting To: HR Manager / HR Head

Job Summary:

The HR Operations Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operational activities including employee lifecycle management, attendance, payroll coordination, documentation, compliance, and HR reporting. The role ensures smooth and efficient functioning of all HR processes within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1️⃣ Employee Lifecycle Management

• Handle employee onboarding and induction process

• Maintain employee personal files and records

• Manage confirmation and exit formalities

• Process full & final settlements

2️⃣ Attendance & Leave Management

• Monitor daily attendance records

• Maintain leave data and update HRMS

• Coordinate overtime and shift records

3️⃣ Payroll Coordination

• Prepare and validate payroll inputs

• Coordinate with accounts/payroll team for salary processing

• Manage PF, ESI, bonus and statutory deductions

4️⃣ Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies

• Maintain statutory registers and documentation

• Support audit requirements

5️⃣ HR Reporting & MIS

• Prepare monthly HR reports (attendance, attrition, headcount)

• Maintain employee database

• Generate HR analytics as required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR / MBA in HR preferred

• 2–5 years of experience in HR Operations

• Knowledge of Payroll, PF, ESI & Labour Laws

• Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS software

• Good communication and coordination skills
