Executed atleast 1 residential building.
Manages contractor and sub contractors
Should be aware of low side electrification works,
Transformer, DG and Panel installation, termination, testing and commissioning.
Must be conversant in external electrical works.
Should have knowledge of ELV systems executed in residential buildings
Preferred Skills:

Experience in high-rise residential or commercial projects.

Knowledge of energy-efficient systems and green building standards.

Exposure to ERP/project management tools.
