Job Description:
Job Title: Telecaller (Contract – 6 Months)

Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers/leads as per provided database

Explain company products/services clearly and professionally

Follow up with interested customers and update call status

Maintain accurate records of calls, feedback, and responses

Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets

Handle customer queries and provide basic information

Coordinate with internal teams for lead closure and updates
Eligibility / Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream)

Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English (local language preferred)

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and calling systems
