Job Description:
Roles and Responsibility:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive lead generation strategy to achieve business growth objectives and revenue targets.
- Identify and prioritize new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic partnerships.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities for Touchstone Infrastructure Solutions.
- Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive individual and team performance.
- Collaborate closely with marketing teams to develop and execute targeted campaigns, events, and initiatives to attract prospects and generate leads.
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their infrastructure needs, propose tailored solutions, and negotiate contracts that align with company goals.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and potential challenges.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on lead generation performance, pipeline status, and market insights for senior management.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the business development team.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in business development, with a focus on lead generation and team management, ideally within the design and build interior solutions industry.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies.
