Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Manage full recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding)

  • Develop hiring strategies aligned with business needs

  • Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning

2. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws and statutory requirements

  • Maintain HR documentation, policies, and employee records

  • Oversee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination

3. Performance Management

  • Implement and manage performance appraisal systems

  • Support goal setting, KPIs, and employee development plans

  • Address performance concerns and provide solutions

4. Employee Engagement & Retention

  • Drive employee engagement initiatives

  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters

  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture

5. Training & Development

  • Identify training needs and coordinate development programs

  • Support leadership development and succession planning


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)

  • 3–8 years of HR experience, preferably in a managerial or senior executive role

  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and labour laws

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/HRIS systems
