Job Summary:
The GEM Tender Executive in the Tender Department will be responsible for managing tenders or procurement activities on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
1. Skills:
o Proficiency in using the GeM portal and other e-procurement tools.
o Strong organizational and analytical skills.
o Good understanding of government procurement rules and procedures.
o Effective communication and negotiation skills.
o High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
2. Technical Knowledge:
o Familiarity with tendering processes, especially within government sectors.
o Knowledge of relevant products, services, and industry-specific terms.
3. Educational Qualification:
o A bachelor’s degree in business administration, procurement, supply chain
management, or a related field is preferred.
o Certifications in procurement or tender management are advantageous.
4. Experience:
o Prior experience in tender management, procurement, or working with the GeM portal is desirable.

Responsibilities
• Update client records
• Coordinate with different types of tenders searching sites.
• Understanding of Govt. /Corporate tenders.
• Manage the tender submission through its entire life cycle. • Supports senior counterparts in document preparation, research, and compliance checks, alongside providing administrative support and aiding in data analysis. Requirements and skills Proficient in MS Word & Excel Proficient in Email drafting

• Find, Identify and analyse tender opportunities relevant to our Product on various Government
• Portal
• IREPS – Indian Railway E procurement System
• GEM – Government E-Market Place
• DEFPROC – Defence Procurement Portal
• DPSDAE – Directorate of Purchas e& Stores
• MCGM Requirements and skills
• Mail to concerned OEM/Manufacturing Company Tenders and RFP’s for further documentation
• & Financial Data
• Coordinate and collect necessary information and documentation for tender submissions.
• Check and ensure all tender documents comply with Tender terms and specifications.
• Manage Tender Timeline and ensure timely submissions.
• Prepare quotation for urgent purchase enquires and GFR.
• Maintain report on the status of Tender Submission, follow-up with the clients for further
• clarification and negotiations.
• Maintain records of Order Copies, place order to concerned Companies for the same
• Prepare Invoice and Challan for delivery and dispatch process • Upload bills and Invoice on Portal for further payment process..
• Proficient in MS Word & Excel
• Proficient in Email drafting
