About ALFA Network

ALFA Network is an invitation-only, not-for-profit community of founders,

professionals, and next-generation leaders from reputed business families across

India. We curate high-quality interactions, events, and experiences with a strong

focus on trust, discretion, and member experience.

We are looking to onboard a Concierge – Member Experience & Operations who

will act as the primary point of coordination between ALFA and its members,

ensuring seamless operations and a premium experience across all touchpoints.

Role Overview

This role is central to ALFA’s day-to-day functioning. The candidate will manage

member databases, handle member queries, support event planning and

execution, and ensure smooth coordination before, during, and after events.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, well-spoken, discreet, organised, and

service-minded, with the ability to handle multiple priorities calmly.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Member Management & Database

Maintain and regularly update the ALFA member database

Track memberships, renewals, attendance, and engagement

Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality at all times

  1. Member Queries & Communication

Act as the first point of contact for member queries via WhatsApp, email, and

phone

Respond promptly and professionally, maintaining ALFA’s tone and etiquette

Coordinate internally to resolve member requests efficiently

Draft emails, WhatsApp messages, and follow-ups

  1. Pre & Post Event Support & Registrations

Manage event invitations, RSVPs, registrations, and confirmations

Coordinate pre-event logistics including guest lists, seating, and check-ins

Assist with vendor coordination, internal checklists, and timelines

Maintain structured records for all events and interactions

Support on-ground event execution and post-event follow-ups

  1. Social Media

Coordinate with the digital marketing team to ensure timely updates of

member birthdays and key announcements on WhatsApp

Keep all relevant information updated on the ALFA App, social media and

website.

  1. Reporting & Operational Support

Prepare basic reports on member participation and event attendance

Support the core team with operational tasks as required

Candidate Profile

Minimum 2–5 years of experience in concierge services, client servicing,

community management, hospitality, or event coordination

Strong communication skills (spoken and written English; Hindi preferred)

Highly organised with attention to detail

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment

Tech-comfortable (Excel/Google Sheets, WhatsApp and email platforms)

Discreet, polite, and service-oriented mindset
