Regional sales manager
Job Description:
This is a full-time role for Regional Sales Manager.
He will be responsible for the following functions, broadly:
▪ Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our
products, resulting in new client development.
▪ Generate revenue from the assigned geographical location by implementing and
executing strategies to achieve sales targets.
▪ Acquire new customers.
▪ Establish and nurture client relationships – build, maintain strong customer
relationships to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
▪ Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals,
analyzing performance data, and making forecasts.
▪ Train, Lead, manage, and motivate the regional sales team to achieve high
performance and ensure that they are using effective sales tactics to meet
revenue objectives.
▪ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product
development, and customer service to ensure alignment on objectives.
▪ Research client needs and identify how our solutions address them.
Training session with users.
▪ Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business
opportunities - new products & new market generation.
▪ Identify knowledge/skill gaps within the team and develop plans for bridging
them.
▪ Prepare and deliver sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to management.
▪ Daily check-ins with MIS to set objectives and monitor progress.
▪ Manage the month-end and year-end close processes.
▪ Train, lead team members and ensure that they are using effective sales tactics
to meet revenue objectives.
Skills & Qualifications
▪ Minimum 5-7 years’ sales & marketing experience in PPE industry.
▪ Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business management, or
related field is preferred.
▪ Knowledge of market, target client, product & competition.
▪ Proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
▪ Proven experience in customer relationship management.
▪ Excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills.
▪ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
▪ Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills.
▪ Effective communication skills.
▪ Ability to influence others.
▪ Proficient in all MS Suite, Sales activity/reports related app/CRM.
▪ Willingness to travel extensively.
