Asst. Manager Sales
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Asst Manager Sales(Highend projects).
Key Responsibilities:
Experienced in Leasing & Sales of Commercial Assets (High end projects)
• Advising on the market analysis and help them make a decision for Lease / Purchase
• Understand client’s financial situation and advise accordingly
• Sound Knowledge of Lease & Commercial Documentation.
• Open to travel and organize Site Visits as and when required by Clients and Organization.
• Good Negotiation Skills
• Sound Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Presentation (PPT) skills
• Excellent communication in English
• Excellent communication skills and needs to be an aggressive Business Development operative
• Has to have good CRM Skills.
• Needs to prepare competition analysis and regularly update on market information
• Work with IPC’s, Brokers and create a pipeline of opportunities. Nurture Relationships
• Work with Marketing Team to create campaigns and boost leasing and sales
• Has to be a Team Player
• Some basic Knowledge of Design and Technical aspects of Commercial Properties
• Knowledge of Government Policies with Real Estate
Key Skills & Competencies:

• 5-7 years experience in real estate sales
• Male Candidate/Female candidate
• Has 2 wheeler
• Young
• English communication needs to be crisp
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Computer savvy with in-depth working knowledge of MS Office
