Job Description:
Role Overview
The Operations Manager will support day-to-day business operations, data handling, and coordination across internal teams and digital platforms. The role requires analytical thinking, operational discipline, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain operational data using Excel (tables, basic analysis, interpretation).

Coordinate daily operational activities including order processing, tracking, and reporting.

Navigate and manage websites, online portals, and e-commerce platforms for product listings, order updates, and data monitoring.

Assist in process improvement and ensure smooth coordination between sales, logistics, and vendors.

Prepare basic MIS reports and operational summaries for management review.

Use AI tools and digital resources to improve efficiency and workflow management (added advantage).
Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong working knowledge of Excel (tables, data analysis, interpretation).

Comfortable using websites, online dashboards, and e-commerce platforms.

Fluency in Hindi, Bengali, and English (reading & writing in English is mandatory).

Detail-oriented, street-smart, and capable of handling operational challenges independently.

Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
