Business Development Manager
Job Description:
Role Overview
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving B2B sales growth, developing new client relationships, and expanding market presence. The role requires strong field-level understanding, negotiation skills, and the ability to independently manage business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and convert new B2B business opportunities (dealers, contractors, architects, corporates, institutions, etc.).

Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.

Conduct regular market visits to generate leads and understand customer requirements.

Prepare proposals, quotations, and basic sales reports using Excel.

Coordinate with internal teams (operations, production, logistics) to ensure smooth order execution.

Track sales performance, follow up on payments, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Use digital tools and AI-based platforms for lead tracking, follow-ups, and productivity enhancement (added advantage).
Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.

Basic knowledge of Excel and computer applications.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Fluency in Hindi, Bengali, and English (reading & writing in English is mandatory).

Street-smart, proactive, and capable of handling daily business challenges independently.
