Sr. Architect
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
-
Lead architectural design from concept to execution for real estate projects

Prepare and review concept designs, schematic layouts, GFC drawings, and design documentation

Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, façade, and interior consultants
-
Ensure compliance with local building by-laws, NBC, fire norms, and statutory approvals
-
Participate in design presentations and client discussions
-
Monitor design quality, cost optimization, and constructability
-
Provide site support, resolve design-related issues, and manage revisions
-
Review drawings submitted by external consultants and vendors
-
Work closely with project management and construction teams to ensure timely delivery
-
Maintain architectural standards, aesthetics, and brand guidelines across projects
Required Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of real estate project lifecycle

Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion / Enscape, MS Office
-
Sound understanding of construction methods and materials
-
Knowledge of statutory approvals and liaisoning
-
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Strong coordination, communication, and leadership skills

Eye for detail, aesthetics, and practical design solutions
