Supervise end-to-end tube manufacturing and printing operations

Plan daily production as per schedules and output targets

Ensure product quality, process control, and SOP compliance

Handle manpower allocation, training, and shift coordination

Monitor machine efficiency, minimize breakdowns and wastage

Coordinate with maintenance, QA, stores, and planning teams
