Job description :
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Pharma Product Manager to lead our Product Management Team (PMT), focusing on Domestic Sales. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our product portfolio, specifically in the areas of OSD (Oral Solid Dosage).
This role requires a strong marketing leader with a proven track record in brand management and promotional strategy execution.
Key Responsibilities:
-Product & Launch related strategy & planning.
-Brand development and timely supply from plant.
-Collaboration and analysis of performance with sales team.
-Marketing strategies to achieve objective.
-Brand positioning and develop promotional materials.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Pharmacy, or a related field. A Master's degree (MBA/PGDM) is preferred.
Experience: Proven experience in pharmaceutical brand management, particularly in the OSD.
