Qualified CA's who can independently conduct Statutory Audits and Tax Audits of Private
Limited Companies in Manufacturing, Trading, Services and others. Experience in Statutory
Audits and Limited Reviews of Public Listed Companies will be an added advantage.
 Maintaining accounting records and daily review.
 Preparation of Book of Accounts up to finalization.
 Financial planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Managing Funds and Risk Assessment.
 Preparing and monitoring MIS, Cash Flows, and Financial Reports. Presenting audit reports
clearly highlighting key audit recommendations to management
 Working with Equity & Debt Market and Derivatives, Portfolio and Wealth Management.
 Identifying accounting & auditing issues; discuss with audit in-charge to solve issues that
arise Statutory compliances as per the norms of GST, TDS, Income Tax Act etc.
 Identifying improvements to control systems and procedures
 Handling Internal & Statutory audits.
 Assisting with completing Tax assessment by Revenue Authority.
 Assist the seniors in reviewing & checking the financial statements & preparation of the audit
report, management comment letter & management representation letter.
 Must have strong knowledge of auditing & accounting standards
Skills Required
 Ability to prioritize work on multiple assignments & manage ambiguity.
 Ability to stay composed and able to cope with work pressure. Be enthusiastic and help other
team members.
 Counsel, guide, motivate and coach team members on the jobs.
 Effectiveness and creativity of written expression - logical, readability and conciseness.
 Good presentation skills and ability to respond promptly. Strong verbal and communication
skills.
 Ability to meet deadlines.
The candidate is expected to possess technical expertise in the area of Audit and Assurance and
should be well versed with the Accounting Standards (knowledge of IndAS will be an added
advantage), Auditing Standards, provisions of Companies Act 2020, CARO and other relevant
Acts.
 Role: CA – Asst. Manager / Manager
 Experience: preferably 3 years in reputed CA firms. Fresher Cas are welcome.
