Job Description:

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
To support the sales and projects Team for Solar EPC Projects by assisting in proposal preparation,
documentation, coordination with internal teams, and customer follow-ups, ensuring smooth sales
operations.
Sales & Proposal Assistance
 Support in collecting inputs for BOQ/BOM, pricing, and project scope from internal teams.
 Maintain records of enquiries, RFQs, and proposals.
 Assist in PO documentation, order acknowledgements, and contract filing.
 Maintain proper filing of sales-related documents in ZOHO CRM and folders
 Support sales team during order handover to execution team.
 Assist in tracking advance payments, milestones, and billing documents in CRM
MIS & Reporting
 Update sales trackers, enquiry logs, order book, and MIS reports.
 Prepare basic reports in Excel as required by the sales team.
Qualifications & Experience
 Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration.
 2 years’ experience/ exposure in MS Office Package (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook)
