Job Description:
Designation:- Executive / Sr. Executive (IT-Admin & Spares-Logistics)
Exp:- 2 to 4 Years
Must be good in English communication skills.
Qualification:- BCA / B.Sc. IT / Any Graduate with Technical Qualifications.
50% time will be devoted to IT Support and 50 % to Spares & Logistics
Job Role under IT / Admin:-
1. Hardware & Technical Support: Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment. Perform routine hardware maintenance and upgrades. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware-related issues promptly. Manage inventory of IT equipment and accessories.
2. Networking & System Support: Configure and maintain LAN/WAN networks, Wi-Fi access points, routers, and switches. Monitor network performance and ensure stable connectivity across the office. Provide support for internet connectivity issues and coordinate with service providers. Assist in setting up firewalls, antivirus, and network security measures.
3. IT Operations & User Support: Provide L1/L2 technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues. Install and configure operating systems (Windows/Linux) and required applications. Troubleshoot email, VPN, and remote access issues. Maintain user accounts, passwords, and access permissions (basic system admin tasks).
4. Administrative Support: Assist with procurement of IT equipment and service contracts. Maintain documentation of IT assets, service logs, and warranty records. Coordinate with external vendors for repair and maintenance activities. Support general administrative tasks such as office equipment management, ID card issuance, etc.
5. Compliance & Maintenance: Ensure regular data backups and system updates. Follow IT policies, security standards, and SOPs. Support implementation of new IT solutions or upgrades.
Strong knowledge of:
- PC/Laptop hardware
- LAN/WAN setup and troubleshooting
- Routers, switches, Wi-Fi configuration
- Basic understanding of Active Directory, IP addressing, and network security.
- Familiarity with antivirus, backup tools, and remote support tools.
Job Role under Spares & Logistics:-

Customer Relation.

Coordinate with Stores and Packaging team on a daily basis.

Billing System.

Preparation of Data for Spares Related.

Coordinating with Customer for Debtors Recovery (Spares).

Cold Calls to the Customers.
-
Coordination with Stores & PPC Department regarding spares.

Making Offers if Needed.
-
Coordinating with Transporter over Mail & Phone.

Making database of Spares Customers & Updating the same.

MIS reports.
-
Coordinate with Transport Vendor.
