Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and data-driven Digital & Social Media Marketing professional to manage and grow the online presence of our brand across multiple retail stores. The role involves building digital campaigns that increase store footfall, brand visibility, customer engagement, and online sales through targeted social media and performance marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management

Plan, create, and post content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn & Twitter.

Manage daily posting, stories, reels, and influencer collaborations.

Ensure brand consistency across all platforms.

Monitor trends to create viral/engaging content aligned with retail & fashion seasons.
2. Digital Campaign Planning
-
Run paid campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads & YouTube to drive:
✓ Store footfall
✓ Online sales
✓ Lead generation
✓ Brand awareness -
Set up targeting, budgeting, and ad optimization for efficiency.

Monitor ROI and optimize campaigns using analytics.
3. Content Creation & Coordination

Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers.

Shoot in-store content: new collections, VM displays, customer interactions, events, festive promotions.

Create product descriptions, social captions, newsletters, and digital banners.
4. Website & E-Commerce Support

Upload product catalogues, banners, offers on website or marketplace portals.

Ensure accurate pricing, stock sync, and seamless customer browsing experience.

Track online orders, CTR, conversions & page performance.
5. Influencer & Community Marketing

Collaborate with fashion influencers, bloggers, stylists & local creators.

Organize in-store influencer visits, product reviews & promotions.

Engage with followers, respond to comments/DMs, and build an interactive community.
6. Store-Level Digital Integration
-
Promote new store launches, events, festive collections, sale promotions.

Create digital campaigns for specific store clusters or cities.

Coordinate with store managers for photos, updates & customer highlights.
7. Analytics & Reporting

Track KPIs: reach, engagement, CTR, CPC, conversions, followers.

Weekly/monthly reports on campaign performance.

Competitor analysis & market trend tracking.
Required Skills

Strong understanding of social media algorithms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).

Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics.

Ability to create reels, short videos, and dynamic retail content.

Good communication and copywriting skills.

Basic graphic editing (Canva/Photoshop) preferred.

Understanding of retail marketing cycles (Festive, EOSS, New arrivals, Promotions).
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Mass Communication / Digital Media.

Certification in digital marketing preferred.
