Job Description:
MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION -
Coordinating the design and development of GFC interior and MEP design (drawings and BOQs), providing direction to consultants, and aligning stakeholders throughout the initiation, planning, and execution stages of the projects.
JOB SUMMARY -
Design Management
Review and finalize Good for Construction (GFC) drawings in coordination with consultants and internal teams.
Ensure all architectural drawings align with approved concepts, specifications, and statutory requirements.
Manage design clarifications, revisions, and value engineering proposals during execution.
Site Coordination & Execution Support
Coordinate closely with site engineers, project managers, contractors, and consultants.
Resolve site-related architectural issues and provide timely design solutions.
Conduct regular site visits to ensure execution as per drawings and design intent.
Consultant & Contractor Coordination
Liaise with structural, MEP, landscape, façade, and other consultants to ensure seamless integration.
Review shop drawings, material submittals, mock-ups, and samples for architectural compliance.
Support contractor queries (RFIs) and issue necessary clarifications.
Quality Control & Compliance
Ensure adherence to quality standards, specifications, and approved materials.
Participate in inspections, snag lists, and rectification processes.
Ensure statutory and authority approvals are complied with during execution.
Documentation & Handover
Maintain updated records of drawings, revisions, and approvals.
Assist in preparation of as-built drawings and architectural handover documentation.
Support final inspections and project close-out activities.

Strong knowledge of construction detailing, materials, and site practices
Excellent coordination and communication skills
Problem-solving and decision-making ability
Time management and multitasking skills

Qualification – B Arch from a recognized institute
Experience – 10-15years
Candidates Attributes –
• Lead a team of architects/interior designers.
• Work on multiple projects at the same time.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office & Relevant Software’s
• Possess excellent communication and coordination skills.
