Job Description:

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead and manage the Human Resources function for our real estate organization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in end-to-end HR operations, talent management, performance management, and compliance, with a deep understanding of real estate industry requirements and workforce dynamics.


Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Staffing

  • Lead recruitment for all levels including sales, project, site staff, corporate roles, and support functions.

  • Develop hiring strategies, manpower planning, and onboarding processes.

  • Build a strong talent pipeline and maintain vendor relationships.

2. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle

  • Manage complete employee lifecycle from induction to exit.

  • Oversee HR documentation, employee records, HRMS, attendance, and payroll coordination.

  • Ensure smooth onboarding and timely completion of joining formalities.

3. Performance Management

  • Design and implement performance appraisal systems (KRA/KPI-based).

  • Conduct appraisals, performance reviews, and capability assessments.

  • Drive employee productivity and goal alignment across departments.

4. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Act as a trusted HR partner for resolving employee grievances.

  • Conduct regular engagement activities, R&R programs, and communication forums.

  • Promote a positive and high-performance work culture.

5. Compliance & Statutory Management

  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, Shops & Establishment, PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, and other statutory requirements.

  • Handle audits, inspections, and timely statutory filings.

6. Policies, Processes & HR Strategy

  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks.

  • Support leadership in strategic workforce planning and organizational development.

  • Drive HR analytics, dashboards, and reporting for management review.

7. Training & Development

  • Identify training needs in functional and behavioural areas.

  • Coordinate internal/external training programs and track effectiveness.


Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of real estate industry roles and workforce structure.

  • Excellent understanding of HR operations, compliances, and labour laws.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

  • Proficiency in HRMS systems, MIS reporting, and data-driven decision making.

  • Ability to manage diverse teams and handle high-pressure environments.


Qualifications

  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience, preferably with exposure to real estate companies, developers, or construction firms.
