Assistant Manager – Finance (Corporate)
Job Description:
The Assistant Manager – Finance (Corporate) will support the corporate finance operations by managing financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and day-to-day accounting functions. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with multiple hotel units and corporate stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Analysis

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as per company standards.

Monitor financial performance across hotel units and highlight variances.

Assist in financial forecasting, budgeting, and annual planning processes.

Conduct periodic MIS reporting for management review.
Accounting & Audit Support

Oversee general ledger management, reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.

Ensure accuracy in accounts payable, receivables, payroll, and revenue entries.

Support statutory, internal, and tax audits by preparing necessary documentation.
Compliance & Controls

Ensure adherence to financial policies, standards, and internal controls.

Support statutory compliance including GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings, etc.

Maintain proper documentation and records as per audit and compliance norms.
Cash Flow & Treasury Management

Monitor day-to-day cash flow and fund requirements.

Coordinate with banks regarding transactions, statements, and documentation.
Coordination & Support

Liaise with unit finance teams across various hotel locations.

Work closely with senior management for financial planning and strategic decisions.

Support process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in finance operations.
Required Qualifications & Skills
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (MBA/CA Inter preferred).

4–7 years of experience in finance, corporate accounting, or similar roles.

Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP / SAP / any major accounting software.

Good understanding of GST, TDS, financial reporting, and compliance.

Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Proficient in MS Excel and financial modelling.
