About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and energetic Café Manager to handle the daily operations of our café. The candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining inventory, and driving sales while ensuring smooth outlet operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day café operations.
Supervise and schedule café staff.
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
Monitor inventory and coordinate stock replenishment.
Handle cash, billing, and daily sales records.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
Support sales growth and achieve business targets.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
2–5 years of experience in a café, restaurant, QSR, or hospitality outlet.
Good leadership and communication skills.
Basic knowledge of inventory management and sales reporting.
Preferred Profiles

Candidates with experience as Café Manager, Restaurant Manager, Store Manager, Outlet Manager, or Shift Manager will be preferred.
