Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities :-

- Proactively manage social media accounts (FB, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn etc.).

- Expertise in creating short videos (reels) or static creatives

- Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative & appealing.

- Monitor conversations across social media and address important mentions and comments in real-
time.

- Develop optimal posting schedules.

- Social media strategizing and posting Calendar Making.

- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination,
benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.

- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company's
social content.

- Preparing detailed strategy reports and monthly reports.

- Monitor web traffic & category trends.

- Keep up-to-date with constantly changing technological and search engine trends, algorithms, and
ranking factors.

 

Desired Candidate Profile :-

3+ years Social Media experience. Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text),
presentation and communication skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and must have a thorough understanding of social
media management and strategy.
Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEO.
Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels.
Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
Ability to solve problems and identify opportunities through data analysis and critical thinking.
Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and
responsibilities.
Self-starter approach, with the ability to consistently meet and exceed objectives and take on more
responsibility as time permits.

• Develop marketing strategies that align with the organization's business goals •
Manage and execute campaigns across various digital channels, including email,
social media, search engines, and display advertising
• Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, and
assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and
improve campaign performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and web
development, to produce engaging content and optimize user experience
• Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies
