Key Responsibilities
Email Marketing
- Execute mass email campaigns to customers, consultants, EPC contractors & industry contacts
- Maintain and update marketing database
- Circulate product updates, newsletters, and technical campaign mails
- Track response rate and generate enquiries
Website Management & SEO:
- Regularly update company website (products, projects, news, videos)
- Improve Google search visibility through SEO
- Perform keyword optimization for industrial equipment pages
- Monitor website traffic using analytics tools
Social Media & Online Presence
- Manage company pages on:
- YouTube
- Industry portals
- Upload product videos, inspection photos, achievements & project highlights
- Improve engagement and follower growth
Video & Photo Editing
- Edit product videos and factory visuals
- Prepare short promotional clips for digital platforms
- Maintain marketing media archive
Exhibitions & Trade Fair Coordination
- Identify relevant domestic & international trade fairs
- Coordinate stall participation and promotional materials
- Prepare banners, brochures, presentations & product videos
- Maintain visitor database and post-event follow-ups
Marketing Support Activities
- Prepare product presentations & promotional content
- Maintain consultant / EPC database
- Support lead generation initiatives
- Assist sales team in campaign-based outreach
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience: 2 years
- Qualification: MBA (Marketing) / BBA / Digital Marketing / Mass Communication
- Experience in EPC marketing preferred
- Knowledge of SEO, website handling & email campaign tools required
- Basic video editing skills preferred
