Manager – Finance & Accounts

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Manager – Finance & Accounts with strong experience in the jewellery industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all financial operations, ensuring compliance, and providing strategic insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting and finance operations.

• Manage general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Handle stock valuation, costing, and pricing of jewellery items.

• Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.

• Coordinate with auditors and handle internal/external audits.

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

• Monitor cash flow, fund management, and financial planning.

• Implement and maintain effective financial controls and processes.

• Support management in strategic financial decision-making.

Requirements:

• Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent.

• Experience: 5–6 years in finance & accounts within the jewellery sector (mandatory).

• Strong knowledge of Tally, ERP systems, and MS Excel.

• Thorough understanding of accounting standards and statutory regulations.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and team management skills.
