Department: SALES
Location: MULUND (Mumbai central line)
Position:PRE SALES CO-ORDINATOR
Experience: Fresher or 1 - 3 YRS
Education : GRADUATE or DIPLOMA (Electrical or Electronics)
General Description
- Handle the processing of all the enquiries generated and prepare the quotation with accuracy and timeliness
- Send the quotation.
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
- Filing of all the documents
- Maintain the records of the enquiry generated.
- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
- Follow up with the customer to receive the order.
- Once the order is confirmed. Let the sales coordinator know about it.
- Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements.
- Sort and store all financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports.
- Reporting daily, monthly progress reports to the concerned reporting authority
Preferred Skills
- Good Communication and Interpersonal skills.
- Have to maintain a good rapport with team members and other department.
- Knowledge in Electrical field.
- Self Correspondence - email drafting, co-ordination, negotiation.
