Job Description:

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Cluster Manager / HO Team Head who can take ownership of multi-location operations, team management, and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with strong leadership, analytical, and coordination skills, capable of handling multiple business functions and ensuring smooth alignment between outlets, supply chain, and the management.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

Oversee daily operations across multiple outlets/clusters ensuring consistent brand standards and performance.

Monitor sales, costs, and productivity to achieve business targets.

Team Leadership:

Supervise and guide store managers and HO support staff.

Drive performance through motivation, training, and accountability.

Coordination with Management:

Act as the key link between the client’s senior management and on-ground teams.

Ensure seamless execution of strategic plans, new launches, and business improvements.

Process & Performance:

Implement SOPs and maintain operational discipline across all outlets.

Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure quality and efficiency.

Business Development & Planning:

Identify growth opportunities, potential locations, and performance improvement areas.

Support client in planning expansion and optimizing resources.

Cross-functional Support:

Work closely with supply chain, HR, finance, and marketing teams for smooth functioning of daily operations.

Coordinate with vendors and logistics for timely availability of materials and services.

Desired Profile:

Graduate / MBA preferred.

3–5 years of experience in multi-outlet operations / cluster management preferably in F&B, QSR, retail, or hospitality sector.

Proven ability to handle cross-functional roles and lead diverse teams.

Strong communication, planning, and execution skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
