Job Description:
Implementing quality contorl procedures
Conducting inspections during mnaufcaturing
Addressng quality issues
Maintaining quality record and guide labours as per requirement.
Metrics (KPI) Customer satisfaction Index, defect rate, on time delivery, process efficiency, internal process quality
Minimum Qualification
Diploma in Civil, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering
Key task
1 Updating of processes as per requirement.
2 New process and structure making if required and give Trainings for implementation
3 Checking of processes implied before that needed any change, any clarification etc.
4 Physical Audit on Stock
5 Audit on Maintenance of Machinery
6 Process Audit (Manufacturing,Accounts,Inventory)
Minimum experience in Years 2 - 4 Years in QA/ QC
