Job Description:

Job Summary:

The Sales Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-performing sales professionals to drive company growth. This role requires a strong understanding of sales profiles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage the full recruitment cycle — from identifying talent to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with sales leaders to understand hiring needs and define role requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top sales talent (field sales, inside sales, channel sales, etc.).
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, employee referrals, and social media.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates based on experience, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further evaluation with hiring managers.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process — job posting, scheduling, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports.
  • Build a strong talent pipeline for future sales openings.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Stay updated with current trends in sales recruitment and compensation structures.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of sales roles and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong sourcing and networking ability.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job portals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Relationship management and stakeholder coordination.

Qualification & Experience:

  • MBA in HR
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in recruitment in retail segment (preferably with a focus on sales hiring)
  • Preferable in Building Materials
